Jennifer Bland

Project Manager & Home Stylist for Residential Interiors

Who am I? Simply put, I’m a Visionary, Creative, Artist and Design Enthusiast. I create thriving environments that are beautifully functional.  I believe your home should be a reflection of your distinct personality and style while embracing the things you love.

Born in Reading, Pennsylvania, I moved to Coastal Sussex County at the age of 6. After receiving my Associate in Arts degree  from the University of Delaware, I pursued an Associate of Applied Science from Anne Arundel Community College. During my time at Anne Arundel Community College, I had the opportunity to work on a variety of community service projects including the Ellicott City Designer Show House which was featured on the cover of the ASID Maryland magazine.

Since 2008 I have had the privilege of working in a variety of design fields from furniture and flooring showrooms, custom designs for tile projects, custom window treatment design, full scale design for new construction and renovations for both residential and commercial applications. Some of my recent work has been featured on the annual Beach to Bay Cottage Tour held in Bethany Beach. My design services are currently offered throughout Kent and Sussex counties as well as Maryland’s Eastern Shore and Anne Arundel County.

Every experience has allowed me exercise my passion for using colors, patterns and textures to suit each client’s distinct needs while achieving their design goals. “Your home is a visual autobiography. Express your unique personality with every choice.” - Charles Busch, playwright, actor, director, novelist, drag legend, and cabaret entertainer.

I love the feel of living in a resort beach town. The hustle in the summer months is exciting to see the town come to life. At at the end of the season it is nice to settle down and unwind while still taking advantage of the beach. I enjoy visiting the beach all year long with my family, riding my bike, walking our local trails and touring historical homes.
