Residential Interiors Project Management
Going through a remodel, renovation, addition, new construction can be very fun, but very overwhelming. There are so many decisions to make. Do you want this tile or that one? Does this drapery go with this paint color?
Through my creative customized process, I will assist you with achieving your design goals, from selecting materials, to overseeing the execution of the work. I remove the frustration and overwhelm of selecting the ‘wrong’ materials and eliminate having to start from the beginning or circling back constantly as parts of the project are changed.
Color
Did you know there are 900 shades of white paint? Need someone to provide professional suggestions? This color consultation will invite me into your home where I can give you my professional opinions, based on the current decor, the future decor, the surrounding spaces, etc.
Material Selection
Countertops, tiles, flooring, drapery, paint, appliances, cabinets… I will help you select the elements that convey your personality, but will also provide functionality.
Liason
Contractors love having a designer to support their clients on big projects. I will be your liason when it comes to working with contractors and scheduling the execution of the work. You will be involved in the decision making process, but will not need to be involved in the execution of the work, allowing you more time to dedicate on other things in your life.
Window Treatments
One of the things that makes me unique is that I have access to the top drapery showroom in the area. I can take care of all of the measurements, and installation.
How it Works
Get in touch. Let’s talk, tell me more about your project, budget and we can see if we are a good fit. When you are ready, we will meet in person, I will gather all of the details and create a proposal outlined with the services and prices. Once you agree, you will sign our working agreement and pay a retainer. We will schedule times to meet at the showrooms. I will submit a final material list for you to review and approve. Once a second retainer has been paid, I will implement the work schedule with the professionals and installers as needed. Once the project is completed, I will review the installation to ensure it meets the quality standards. Your final payment will then be due.
